Just an FYI, the Google Translate mobile app has a “camera” mode where you can just point it at text on a page or screen and highlight sections (going back and forth in a snake pattern works well for gabbing whole paragraphs at a time) to run them through the translator. (Thanks to the Techmoan channel on YouTube for making me aware of this.) It was able to read that Japanese magazine you posted earlier by just pointing it at the computer screen, so it would definitely be able to handle a physical copy.
